Civilizations being destroyed and people going back to tribal societies would make the world a better place. Civilization doesn't work which is why history is always repeating itself. People wouldn't be forced to come into contact with people they don't even like and people with hav better social skills. No more national states or governments, only separate tribes that may or may not help each other. Kind of like how it is now except existing countries are split up into smaller societies all self governed by tribes.

There can be no perfect world for humans, thus I say things are fine as they are. Were better earlier though.

National Syndicalism. This is what a day in my ideal society would look like:

Wake up. Put on your state issued labor attire. It almost has a paramilitary appearance. Which is fitting considering you are obliged to defend the state in times of invasion even if you aren't in the military.

You go to your local guild, you may be working there as a master artisan or you may be in a work study program. Your wages are determined by the success of your guild in the socialist market. Before work starts, you and your fellow laborers proudly pledge allegiance to the workers state. You've been there for 3 years which qualifies you to vote. The soldiers can vote after 1.5 years but that's OK because you know that they're doing heroic work.

Today is election day and you get to vote upon which of the qualified master tradesmen will be representing your guild in the grand council. Later on this week the newly elected grand council will be electing a new peoples monarch to lead the nation to glory. You're happy because you know that you have job security and a sense of community.

Work is over, your syndicate is part of the "white zone". You see your fellow whites enjoying their day. While the neighboring black syndicate is also doing quite well also because a sense of community has been restored to the once poor and struggling black population which existed under the pre-revolutionary capitalist dictatorship. The segregation of the white and black syndicates also reinforces this sense of community among individual syndicates. While foreign elements such as immigrants and Jews have been deported.

The streets are clean and free of capitalist decadence and degeneracy. The people are happy and feel fulfilled. Healthcare is provided by the state. You know when you retire you can look forward to a fat pension. You get home, greet your beautiful wife, give her a kiss on the cheek and prepare to make a baby which the state encourages with subsidies.
