Got diagnosed with ADHD today. Not sure how I feel about it.

ADHD is like being diagnosed with lust for the opposite sex. It's built in everyone. I was diagnosed with ADHD in first grade. It means you have an eccentric personality and high energy. That's your personality. Drink tea, meditate, go for runs, whatever you gotta do. ADHD won't stop you at doing anything in life

Eat right, sleep right, take supplements that alleviate some of the symptoms (everyone's different, just do research online), no-porn/no-fap (practice self-discipline/control), lift/work-out, etc.

Learn to work with yourself. If u go to uni, 25 mins study, then short break. If you dont go to uni, study things that really interest you. Maybe take up work that is physical (metallurgy, or a trade).

The test for ADHD is ridiculous. Its 20 vaguely worded items that everybody experiences from time to time, and you only have to say yes to 8 of them.

Its like horoscopes, they're so generally worded that everybody can nod their head and believe.

And one more thing, never take drugs unless you NEED to. Drugs not only make you weak but they are unnatural and cause your organs to lose that natural shield they have from diseases, colds, etc. I have had multiple times asked from doctors to use drugs on me and I almost always say no.
