The fact that you had to ask that means that you have been brainwashed or you really aren't white. If your heritage is almost entirely European than you are white. Not 50% or close to 50%. It needs to be virtually all european.

Depends on what year it is. In the 1920s Slavs weren't considered white. Go back earlier and Italians weren't.
