I think control of space is the next logical step for the military. Controlling the high ground has always been a key military strategy. Here's a redpill for /pol/ that I wouldn't even consider a conspiracy theory but just basic reality. Something that I have seen first hand working in the industry:

A huge amount of the liberal propaganda that you see in advertisements are pushed via large marketing and consulting firms. Especially firms in major cities. It's possible that there may be government or soros/globalist meddling and funding in there, but a lot of it is pushed solely by the owners and employees of these firms. Many of these companies are liberally dominated on the inside, and they love to hire gays, minorities, and women into their ranks. Their ideology pours into their advertising methods and business consulting.

These large, absolutely huge in fact, companies have such a stranglehold on the industry, along with collusion between other marketing firms and the media, that most major companies have no choice but to follow their advice with pushing certain couples/people into their ads. There is billions of dollars in marketing and marketing advice so most companies will eat up whatever these firms hand them.

An interesting note is that these companies are becoming more radicalized by the year, and soon their ideology-pushing will interfere with cold hard profits. The firms are way too large at the moment for them to give a shit and they can push as much as they want now with little effect, but eventually it will bleed too much for them not to listen to the consumers.

There is a dream for a large, easy to market to singular consumer base. Actual marketing evidence says the free market is moving to the opposite though. As in various demographic are becoming more distant from one another and all have complex buying forms and desires for product. The future is specialized marketing to small, specific groups.
