Humans started using radio about 200 years ago, that means our radio signals only stretch in a 200 light-year radius bubble around Earth.
If there are other Aliens around the galaxy capable of traveling those distances regularly they surely already left their world and their civilization would leave a pretty big footprint that we would already noticed. No coherent radio signals were ever intercepted in Earth in these 200 years.

The only way we could have been visited by aliens is if they already knew we existed BEFORE we could have made any important progress in our technology.

C-2) They found our world when we were apes and modified us to be intelligent

If B-3 is the case, then they wouldn't come again at any point, since if they had the technology to travel thousands of light-years to make changes to our civilization, they would already have succeeded and wouldn't need to interfere more, especially at this point in our development as we would pretty much notice if they come back.
If any of C happened, then they wouldn't come back, they would be waiting until WE find THEM.
