Yes but for multiple colors to work together they must remain individual. Otherwise they are one color, of brown mush, or black.

Therefore cultures should stay individual, and we should work together to achieve goals. Since cultures collide, we must not attempt to integrate them fully, otherwise we create strife. Not all beliefs and cultures are wholly compatible.
Which is not to say we can't achieve goals working together on specific tasks. Only that we must each reside in our places, peacefully, working together towards ends that benefit all humanity, while staying individual people and cultures at the same time.

World peace is literally impossible as long as freedom and desire exists. There are 8 billion people on this planet, and every damn one of them wants stuff. Even now it hurts me to call it out as the big fucking pipe dream that it is, but it's better to strive for whatever peace you can than to spend your life pursuing an unattainable fantasy just so you never have to grow up and admit that the world is made up of hard choices, bad deals, and a bunch of people trying their best to sort it all out without getting screwed over. At the end of the day we can't have a world full of comforts, property, and progress without stepping on each other's toes. World peace just can't happen without humanity turning into a hyperbolicly Marxist race of Borg people who own and want nothing. Honestly, the closest you can get to it is to leave each other the fuck alone as much as possible, and whenever somebody tries to tell you what you can and can't do with yourself, crush their fucking head in with a rock publicly so everybody gets reminded to live and let live, or elese.

In my opinion? A prerequisite would be a high technology society with a populous with an average world iq of ~130+, in good physical health, with few physical disorders, that aren't prone to neurosis.
So, essentially a world where everyone is as smart as the above average jew... except not a jew.
