DO you realize that giving sole control of the internet over to the federal government implies that at any moment the FCC can deem something to be obscene and restrict the ability to access it? They do that shit already with radio and television.

Even IF ISPs decide to throttle down the internet speed we at least have the capability to stop service or litigiously attack them in court with a MUCH higher chance of success than going after the FEDERAL FUCKING GOVERNMENT.
