I do appreciate the therapeutical function of drugs such as acid, even as a tool to learn more about yourself and about how to percieve the world around you, but I don't think there is anything super natural about any of this.

Even you only have very subjective experience about what you have seen (in other words, no one has been there with you to confirm what you see around you when you see the things you see, so it's more likely that it's purely in your head) and I think it's more likely that DMT is the sort of a drug that causes you to believe in things, instead of giving you some sort of knowledge that is coming from outside your own body.

If you can't confirm what you experience in any other way than how you remember them without being able to record them, it is most likely that it's in your head and that's not necessarily a bad thing if it makes you better able to function as a human being. The reason this is is due to the fact that there are still regular reports of UFOs doing shows of force by messing with and turning off nuclear weapons with light weapons. The US government's own documents (which are leaked but acclaimed fake by them) often talk about how they are afraid or don't know who or what they are.

They keep it all wrapped up because interjecting aliens into global politics would have disastrous results. Even if I were in their position, I'd still keep it secret.

People will worship the aliens, try to contact them, and there would be widespread chaos and panic over the doubt that the governments of the world can safeguard their people. It's better to have them believe they are the monopoly of force, not aliens.
