Last year they almost canceled a semester of school statewide because of the lack of budget. Meanwhile they wanted to ban guns from the state and were working on legislation that would require people to turn them in if they were registered or be considered felons.

also introducing a population increase of 2.5% would not drastically change the whole dynamic of the town even if literally every single person in that group were gang members and thugs
