It has become "illegal" to push boats back to Libya because the Soros-funded NGOs say it's dangerous and might make the migrants drown.
This means the sea border no longer exists in meaningful form, since its existence cannot be enforced.

Even worse, as soon as an EU ship approaches, the migrants start to sink their own boats, forcing the NGOs to "rescue" them. This is only the theory, the NGO-chartered ships actually just rescue and ferry the migrants by the millions to Europe before the boats start to sink. They are operating a ferry service now.

The only possible solution is to:
a) Ban any kind of NGO from operating in the area. If they do, arrest them, arrest their funders, seize their property and sanction them EU-wide.
