I already explained at The Future of Cyber Security Europe conference that took place in London in last September, I had used a different way to breach into the DNC network. I found a vulnerability in the NGP VAN software installed in the DNC system.
It’s obvious that the intelligence agencies are deliberately falsifying evidence. In my opinion, they’re playing into the hands of the Democrats who are trying to blame foreign actors for their failure.

Your actual internet speeds from 2015 are in megabits per second. Now, I'm no tech guy, but if I recall correctly, it takes 8 bits to equal one byte. So, the 23 MB/s rate in the article OP posted would require a up/download speed of somewhere around 184 Mbps, which is considerably higher than all the numbers in your picture.

It doesn't imply it was hacked from the inside, but rather just copied from an insider with access. The likelihood of some hacker wandering into the DNC and plugging in a USB stick and capturing all their data is close to 0.

As far as finding out who sent it from their home and stopping it as it happened, that's not really the way it works unless they're actively monitoring that person 24/7 for suspicious activity. NSA can go back and look at traffic logs and retrace the path of the data, however. In this case they would have looked at the links to wikileaks, and probably would have found they originated from an intermediary server. Then they look at who sent data of that size to that intermediary server, and repeat the process until you find your target. Of course, it's more likely that they did some forensics on the system and determined who the "hacker" was fairly readily.

Everything seems to point to Seth Rich, though it can't be ruled out that someone else at the organization took the data under his credentials.

It also can't be ruled out that the DNC leaked the emails purposely to craft the whole Russia narrative. There's a fair amount of evidence that suggests that Guccifer 2.0 was some guy (Warren Flood) who worked for Obama and the DNC. Perhaps they knew they were going to lose, and wanted justification to overthrow the government - and orchestrated all this themselves? Maybe, but chances of this seem rather low.

Yeah, it is quite the conundrum right now and it's going to take some intelligent tactics from the good guys on the inside to sort this shell game out. Nothing would make me happier than having everyone involved in this whole damned fiasco revealed beyond a shadow of a doubt to the public. If it happens everything else we have seen will look like child's play. Just losing the election alone caused fractures in the interconnected cognitive dissonance of so many people that seeing their political heros revealed as murderers frauds will be interesting to say the least. A significant portion will refuse to believe it and start some real shit, with Soros' agent provocateurs hidden everywhere. America being what it is, everywhere is in for some shit. Guccifer exposed Hillary Clinton's private email domain when she was U.S. Secretary of State.

Romanian hacker best known as “Guccifer” has been sentenced to to 52 months in prison by a federal court in Alexandria, Virginia.

Not to be confused with Guccifer 2, the original Guccifer is a Romanian hacker named Marcel Lazar.

Guccifer exposed Hillary Clinton’s private email domain when she was U.S. Secretary of State. The hack set off a constant flow of Hillary email hacks and leaks that to this day continue to plague the Clinton campaign, and show no sign of ever letting up.


In an NBC interview in May, Guccifer claimed that he also gained access to the former Secretary of State’s “completely unsecured” server. “It was like an open orchid on the Internet,” Lazar told NBC News. “There were hundreds of folders.”
What is curious is that according to Reuters, law enforcement and national security officials said that claim is meritless.

Of course, the question arises: just how diligently did national security officials probe Guccifer’s claim: the reason to be skeptical is that if this allegation was confirmed, then the FBI’s entire case against Clinton would collapse, as it would be proven that her server was indeed hacked, something the FBI said there was no evidence ever happened, and lead to renewed questioning about the impartiality of the FBI’s probe......
