I live in the suburbs of a major midwestern city and work at a hospital in the metro area. 90% of patients I see every day are dindus who are too lazy/stupid to find a PCP so they spend their time clogging the ED with minor complaints while critically injured people are forced to wait hours. I've considered taking my family to a different region of the world entirely, but I want to be sure that I'm contributing to the survival of white (and admittedly, asian) people and cultures while still having a secure life for my children and their descendants. Where can I go to accomplish this? I'll most likely have my pick of the litter given my age and profession, so the best of the best is where I'd like to go.

How's the outlook for the rural areas? I wish I could believe that regions outside of urban centers were immune to 'diversity' but even the small town I grew up in in the US is now infested with muslims.
