Woudl avarage russian be better of if russia was just separated into few independent countries?

I get a feeling that its russians who are always biggers victims of their ruling class. Other countries are next of course.

So, everybody woudl gain. Outside national pride (we wuz world power, fear out nukes, we send laika and man to space first) russian goverment only causes misery to everyone.
