Do it OP. Don't know why you're posting this in /pol/ but do it.
But don't look to go from 0-100 in one day. i.e.:

It will never work if you try and be perfect from day one. Just make small steps consistently (e.g. don't get mcdonalds anymore) and just keep improving gradually.
It's like the guy in your pic says: start by cleaning your room (or something equally trivial-seeming)
