Rentercuck here with a lease that's almost up, and it's time to move. Looking for house or townhouse, and any tips for avoiding niggy places, since many can appear deceiving til its too late.

Looking around I've seen some common red flags already:
>above-ground power lines
>lots of cars 7-10+ model years old
>on-foot thru-traffic
>fast food within 1 mile radius
