Is transgenderism a real disorder? Or is it a trend/cry for attention from mentally ill people? The sudden rise of transgenderism in the last few years makes me think it is the latter.
Anyone got any good studies/evidence on the matter? And do you think gender reassignment surgery be made illegal?

It's a real disorder that's been politicized in recent years, so of course there are going to be new converts. Meaning that a girl you'd use to think of as a tomboy now has society telling her that she is a woman trapped in a man's body. The same goes for effeminate men.

Always been men who like to crossdress as a fetish, and effeminate men.
The issue is that now people tell them they are actually women and to get life changing surgery and chemical treatment/castration.
At least they cant reproduce.
