They do not deserve human rights because they did not show common decency.

They voted for a known terrorist group to lead their country.

They go as far as shielding the terrorists as meat shields.

For every innocent life Hamas has taken, blood is on every Palestinian hands. The good and the bad are tainted by this blood. And it will not be washed away by beliefs. They will have to deal with the consequences themselves.

part. Before the Iraq War, there was the common pattern of dictatorships in Arab countries. Christopher HItchens argued that the loss of Saddam Hussein broke that pattern, was a chink in the wall, that allowed all the populations to think that changing the dictatorships was possible.

Everyone in the West at the time, thought that destroying the Arab dictatorships was a good idea, so it's hard to blame people then for not seeing the consequences we face now. Nevertheless it's possible to draw the line, albeit crooked, from Israeli mistreatment of Palestinians to the refugee flooding of Europe that we see now. Of course there were other, contributory causes but that's a big one.
