So I was told that it was ruled unconstitutional to require IUD's or Vasectomies for those receiving welfare or other programs intended for the financially unstable. If you think about it, doesn't that mean the right to be on welfare takes priority over the fetus's right to live? Seems kind of fair to me, if you need help from the government that's fine, but we already know you are not financially stable enough yet to raise a kid.
