The british empire at its full power didnt have that much population. Germans had everything in order to become the ruler of the world. They tried, but in a very "germanic" way. Thats why they failed. After that two tries, they are over. There wont be any germany in 100 years, its a failed attempt at forming a supernation like romans or british.
