Prove to me that black people aren't specifically targeted

They are. Profiling is simply the result of statistic. Black are 25 times more likely to commit a crime and that would lead police to logically think that a random black person walking down the street is more likely doing something illegal than a random white guy walking down the street. You could argue that profiling draws it's statistics from a biased sample base( i.e. white will get away with more crimes because somewhere along the line, police decided to focus their resources on blacks). And that's fine to argue, but don't act like profiling is illegal when it is the logical result of statistical analysis
