You need to do something about it.
The younger you get your phimosis fixed the better, as it's inconvenient to perform the surgery later in life.
Done soon it is simply a matter of chipping the tight ring on the foreskin so it will stretch more and letting it heal; it will be painful to take a piss for a few days after but the surgery itself is painless and the venture overall quite bearable.
You may also opt to get circumcised and that bypasses the problem as well, but it is not necessary and I do not recommend it.
Simply ask that the phimosis itself be addressed so you can pull back your foreskin for a healthy sexual life later down the road.

I understand you'll see some very hardcore phimosis cases if you google it son, but like most skin conditions it varies wildly in severity between patients.
You have slight phimosis, meaning it doesn't prevent you from pulling your foreskin back and it isn't painful in most scenarios.
