If it has the resources to use a new IP every time, like if it's running on a botnet, and uses one of the Chinese captcha farming things to break captcha, and if it is using text from other 4chan posts and inserting random words here and there to evade checks for duplicate posts, it would be pretty tough to defend against assuming it is spoofing various regular browsers and operating systems in its http requests.
But that's a fairly high-resource attack I would expect.
