It's hard to say. I imagine a low IQ explanation would be a strong one. The risk is clear and the reward isn't immideatly foreseeable. R/K selection may play into that as well.

Also though the American dream ended for lots of people on 9/11. Especially with MSM selling the West down the river. I so wonder what propaganda these countries get about America.
