Why can't we just ban all drugs?

>walking home to my expensive luxury condo from my prestigious high paying professional job
>see vagrant sitting down on the sidewalk
>have to pass him to get home
>think nothing of it until I walk past
>suddenly smell the disgusting odor of marijuana emanating off his dirty roach fingers
>inadvertently inhale this cretin's smoke aura and feel it burn in my throat
>suddenly contact high
>immediately become pissed off at this inconsiderate vagrant pile of human garbage for infecting me with his drug habit
>get home and feel light headed
>smoke a cigarette on my balcony overlooking the city skyline to quell my rage
>still feel possessed by the mind altering green demon that's been inserted into my body without my consent
>entire evening of going out and getting black out wasted is ruined

Now I can't leave until this feeling goes away. I hate drugs so god damn much.
