He held a grudge like a motherfucker, it was a small town and he pretty much hated every other businessman in town.

He owned a muffler shop, some zoning law or property dispute cut off road access to his shop and he filed appeals with the municipality to construct a road and even bought a bulldozer to do this with. They denied him permission.

So he did what any rational person would do in this situation.

It's kinda futile in the end since everyone will get insurance money and he died but they will never forget him there

In the end he won where it matters
