Why don't liberals like to acknowledge that Islam promotes

It's a strange situation and a textbook example of doublethink where Liberals should hate Islam as it's practiced in nearly all Muslim-majority nations and cultures but because most Muslims have dark skin they are obligated to love and support it, so they create their own version of Islam that only exists in their heads and call that the "real" Islam while denouncing practical Islam as radical and incorrect.
