Realistically, I'd have to poise it as a study on a condition which affects people of african descent at a higher rate. From their, take samples, try to keep them alive as cultures in a lab (cancer would be the best route for this) and then try shit from there. I'm sure that if we dropped the "there is no genetic basis for race" bs we could find specific DNA sequences only present in black people. Targeting those sequences either in replication or the proteins the create (if they code for anything) would be the best bet. I am such an engineer and I have thought about it.

First off, the need for a super weapon is huge. Despite all the effort I have made to create and share information on racial differences, and birth rates, whites have utterly failed to pick up their birth rate. In short, I'd need major collaboration, and money. It's not something that can be done in a garage. The only home bio weapons I could create wouldn't be able to distinguish race, and would be society destroying weapons that would likely just be quarantined.

The only things that can be done cheaply and at home are antimicrobial resistant bacteria, but with the right thing, like leprosy, it could be quite devastating. It can be found on Armadillos and the antibiotics can be found at Asian and Hispanic foreign shops. They sell amoxicillin over the counter for cash. If you went to a BLM protest and passed out waterbottles infected with it, you could cause the most anti white blacks to contract something that would force everyone to shun them.

Things like this are the best chance we have on a working class non coordinated budget. But it's still extremely dangerous. It could easily backfire during creation if there is failed containment.
