But considering how uppity you guys get about taxation, why is there no uproar about your tax dollars being completely misspent in this area, and just a bit of a fuss around Obamacare driving up your private, extra, premiums? The NHS ran brilliantly on 9% of GDP, it's limping a bit on 8%, so with 15% or so, you guys should have a brilliant service, completely free at the point of use.
