Why does economic agree with the globalists so often?
Grad student here and I have rarely ever seen any math based economic analysis that disagrees with 90% of globalist policy.
Econ is a hard red pill, but the redpill is that globalism is good.

Economic prosperity isn't the ultimate goal. In fact it is antithetical to a lot of people goals here on this site.
Globalism is great for the ultra-rich. Few will argue with that.
I'll choose some economic inconvenience instead of being forced to live in state mandated community housing with smelly brown people.
They call it "macro-economics"
Economists would also tell you child labor is beneficial to the economy, and would assume every human is interchangeable with any other in the world.

Globalism has 2 forms:
1) Oppression/Control
2) Prosperity/Progress.

"Globalist Policy" is all about Regional Control/Influence. Economics is just a part of it and/or another way of doing it.
