The range is more or less standard for post-war 150-152-155.
It's hitting the target that's the tricky thing.

But if you see something with a large caliber and wheeled, it's not Soviet and most probably not Russian.
They do put their SPGs on tank chassis and it's nothing to sneeze at.

The only wheeled large caliber gun (not a mortar) in the Warsaw Pact was Dana from Czekhoslovakia.
