Wrong board. Good luck /fat/bros. Remember that balanced meals are the key. Especially around breakfast, avoid breads altogether. Bread is the enemy. Eat a moderate portion of meat or protein, generous servings of fruits and veggie sides, and if you're still hungry, rice or something. NO BREAD!
