One thing is certain, though (in addition to organic community and racialism): Fascism is concerned with transcending conditions, and a common enemy isn't necessary for such purposes.

However, jealousy is absolutely necessary for a communist revolutionary movement. Moreover, a common enemy is also needed for a communist revolution - namely, the capitalists.
