in the modern world there are so many issues like this slowly degrading our health. BPA is just one of them. sedentary jobs/lifestyles, being born/raised in nearly sterile conditions and many other factors are all contributing to a decreased quality of life. and nothing will change for the forseeable future lol. may as well hope on test-e every now and then

Your liver filters up to ~90% of these chemicals and hormones. What you have to do is make changes that are within your economical reach to make up for the rest. Eat meats. Try to eat fish twice a week. Eat eggs daily if you can. You can change your soap. Use Kirks Castille Soap or Duke Cannons Soap. Eat greens and fruits. Spinach, broccoli, and similar veggies remove estrogen. Try to lay off soda and sweets. Cook when you can. Also, beans beans beans. Take off your shirt and get some sun. Sunlight helps produce vitamin D. Don't go overboard, I assume you're white. Don't go overboard with the sun, you can get skin cancer. 10-20 minutes is good for your chest, back, and testicles if you can.

You guys are missing the point of this. Lower testosterone does not mean "high estrogen." Taking estrogen does not lower testosterone and the reverse is definitely not true, as any body builder could tell you. The body compensates a lot with hormones, and a rise or fall in one usually means the same with the other.
