The SJW and the Jew has essentially built their own shadow government at this point, basically overriding the Trump administration, making the 2016 election a pyrrhic victory. She can do what she wants without repercussions and still gets positive exposure whenever she gets mentioned.

This meme is REALLY wierd because it puts the bankers so low on the pyramid. They're almost the top because they literally control the supply of blood that pumps through the corporatists and state
The corporatists even pay taxes to the state to force the troops to keep the peasants in line. Bankers are easily above all that.
