This is why i say fascism is flexible, its basically any system that bootstraps itself together based on shared belief in the collective, it doesnt matter how wealth is distributed because if a problem does arise the people will just act in the best interest of their system anyway to make it work, because thats what they believe in.

Fascists never really went full genocidal. They kill the leftist opposition, impose some authoritarian policies and maintain some degree of order and basic rights for those who don't openly attack the regime.
The only exception for this is nazism if you count it as a branch of fascism.
Commies on the other hand went genocidal for the most of times. Only in countries where they were very far from the "real" socialism, such as Poland, they killed a relatively small fraction of population. This is because socialism as a system is a massive bullshit so they have to impose totalitarian regime of terror to maintain it. So everyone is in danger, the opposition, the normalfags and even the commies themselves if they're not "pure" enough.
That's pretty fucking big difference and every sane person would rather choose to live in fascist regime instead of commie regime.
