The problem with the Constitution is that there is no effective way of enforcing it. If an official acts in violation of the Constitution, he will almost certainly not be punished for it. Entire cities and sometimes even entire states can flagrantly ignore it with impunity. If the Constitution is to be anything more than empty words, then officials who disregard it must be given the most sever punishment possible, death. Cities which ignore it must be declared to be in a state of rebellion and carpet bombed by the Air Force. Only then will freedom be more than a false promise.
