I work on the tech industry, and I see posts/talks like on the image on a daily basis. The guy who posted it (a nu-male) has a startup, am I going insane by telling him that this is a terrible business practice to focus on gender balance instead of hiring people based on talent, qualifications, skill, and experience? How screwed are we if this kind of people are creating business? Although to be honest I doubt he will do anything but fail, with such a terrible employment policy. Thoughts?
