Wsj is good on economic issues and decent on immigration but be sure to read all foreign policy articles critically.
It's the best fake news outlet, I used to read it daily in college. I still get random bits of relevant info I wouldn't find anywhere else. I'll always remember it for Peggy Noonan's opinion pieces and how she became the first columnist I actively loathed. Never in the history of mankind has someone used more words to say less.
I don't go anywhere specific for news anymore. I gravitate towards the narratives I prefer and just remind myself that what I'm reading--and what everyone else is reading, regardless of source-- is propaganda of some variety and all 'facts' or assertions are 20-75% bullshit.
Just remember: you'll never know for sure what's actually going on outside of your environment! Neat.
