The variability within a given race is far greater than the variability between races. What this means is that you can't accurately judge individuals based on their race before getting to know them. But it also means that you can judge entire groups based on racial stereotypes/generalizations. Treat individuals like individuals, and treat groups like groups.

There are lots of intelligent black people out there, and lots of nigger whites with low IQ's. It's just that those are the exceptions, and exceptions don't matter when it comes to policy involving entire groups.
