Over 59% percent of the federal budget is Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and safety net programs.

The US Military has 660 bases worldwide. And yet even the military can't outspend entitlements.

1% of the budget goes to international aid, 2% to transportation & infrastructure, 2% to science and research, 3% to education and 3% to everything else.

As we move closer and closer to socialized healthcare, I'm curious as to how much more supporters are willing to pay in taxes, and/or what they're willing to cut.
