I figure there's a good percentage of people who are pissed off enough to do something but too scared to be the first to make a move.

If there were some sort of major jihadist attacks, then at least 20 reactionary attacks by our side, within the same day, and at least the same amount the following day, I feel as if it would cause a domino effect and people would come out of the woodwork.
The worrying thing is that "military-grade" weapons (think c4, assault-rifles, and anti-tank weapons) are constantly found in raids on mosques. It's worrying because we haven't got the arms in Europe to fight against that sort of tech.

8. Be social online and off. Build networks.!
