That was like 4 months ago but I think I permanently destroyed my brain then. I forget things constantly and my thoughts come to me much, much slower. Like the most intense brainfog. I keep hoping it gets better but if anything it's gotten worse. Is there anything I can do?

Honestly, it's just a human psychology thing. I used to think the same about a bad drug experience, but he more I thought about it, the less related the event and a sharp decrease were related. Also, I had previously blamed some other physical trauma a before that.
