No, foreign policy was awful and that is fairly objective, the bast you can really say is Republicans might have done the same things. Few examples: he threw away a decades old ally in Egypt and though luckily the new regime is better than the Muslim brotherhood that originally got elected it is still far less friendly than Mubarak was. C-. He did not "change the way that Washington works." I was hoping that he would get money out of politics, yet each election cycle costs more than the last.
He didn't try to "take our guns," hell he didn't even get universal background checks passed.

On the economy we saw steady job growth under Obama. The "job participation" number has worsened, but that is expected as baby boomers retire. But, here's the thing, as much as people can say Obama inherited a turd of an economy, a recovery is a natural result after a bust. Markets rise, markets fall, and then they rise again. I don't think Obama should get as much credit as he does for the economy, which a few of you have pointed out still sucks. The economy in terms of GDP and stock prices and corporate profits looks good, but wages are stagnated and cost of living keeps rising. People are feeling the pressures of an economy that isn't working for them, but instead enriching the top 1% and major international corporations.
In terms of defense, he took credit for leaving Iraq, which was actually on Bush's time schedule to leave. Also, we all know what happened with that power vacuum. Overall, the state of the world and threat of WWIII is closer than ever, so Obama gets an 'F' in this department.
On civil liberties, he gets a 'B' for gay marriage and ending don't as don't tell.
On health care, his crowning achievement is doomed because he caved to big pharma and did not include a public option.
I feel like Trump will literally erase Obama's legacy, and it will be like we never even had him as a president. Not that much changed with him anyways.
