Would you be ok with making alcohol illegal if it meant Opium

Former opiate addict here. It does not make you less degenerate. Perhaps it lessens your sex drive, but it makes you not give a fuck. The lowest points of my sexual degenerate life was when I was on dope.

Alcohol serves social purposes. Opium provides no good to society. I'd be for banning it in all its forms, including medicinally, as long as you have lobbyists pushing its use for everything and brown and jew doctors willing to hand out prescriptions to 20-somethings claiming back problems.
