I lived in a suburb of Detroit as a white male. After the recession, my entire neighborhood transitioned from white to black. Black people will jump you on the street if you are not careful and try to get aggressive with you whenever possible. i grew up in and live in a majority black area and it's shitty. when i was a kid i would regularly get harassed by groups of older black boys just walking down the street from my house. in elementary school it wasn't so bad, but in middle school the nigger tendencies started coming out and i face nearly daily harassment. groups of nigs would always try to start shit to give them a reason to attack you. if you didn't keep an eye on your belongings at all times they would go missing. a year earlier at my middle school there was even a stabbing. keep in mind this is a middle class area. these aren't some fucking slums, these are average niggers. down the main road you often find chicken bones on the sidewalk. there is a constant patrol of police cars along the bus way to keep the peace, and it isn't unusual for some nig to yell something racial at me as i go down the bus way. back in the 90s we had a category 5 hurricane that caused massive damage to our area. the power was down for over a month, the water was unsafe to drink and lots of homes were damaged. during that time the army had to be called in because nigs were going around looting, killing and raping. i had to be sent to live with relatives until order was restored. since then the area has become less black and coincidentally the crime has dropped. there was a group of black boys that would play together down the street. by all accounts these were normal black boys. now 1 is in jail for murdering someone over a car and the others have all been to jail multiple times for burglary, weapons violations, etc.

Yes. I live in a small town that's >50% black, but I forget the exact number. I live in the rural south, in the area of what was the original Jamestown colony, which has a fuckton of black people in general. It's alright, I guess. Rural blacks have been generally more amicable in my experience than city blacks, though. A lot of other white people I've talked to have noted black folks around here are easier to talk to in general than white folks because there's more focus on kinship and family ties with white folks talking to other white folks.

For anyone wondering, my family has been living in the area since the mid 1600s on both sides of the family tree and of almost entirely English ancestry, aside from my great-grandmother on my dad's side, who was from Texas and had a mix of Czech and English ancestry.

It's both. There is a much deeper, stronger relationship between genetics and culture than most people realize.

It doesn't mean that they are totally lost. But they have to be raised differently. A system (culture, education, law) which is optimal for whites is not optimal for blacks. Even among "whites" that is true. The best system for an Englishman is not the best system for a German. But the differences are more stark between blacks and whites in general.

This goes to the heart of why there was segregation and "discrimination" in the first place. Some of it was stupid/wrong, but some of it existed for a reason.

I don't think America can successfully rehabilitate and integrate the Africans who are here. I think, long term, we are facing violence followed by forced separation (i.e. give them a state) or deportation back to Africa.

And this is after a century and a half of trying to integrate.

I lived in a majority latin/ white area all poor. We were a community and my great grandmother had a sizable plot and grew a garden that we would all share. Everyone in the neighborhood was catholic. They were all good hard working folks. To my knowledge there werent any illegals. Before my family moved out a few blacks moved in it was honestly fine.

I used to live in one. Basically you end up just using it for a place to sleep, you leave the neighborhood and do all your normal shit elsewhere. So you spend 90% of your day in another neighborhood and then go directly to your apartment and spend the other 10% indoors. If you run into anyone avoid eye contact. If someone fucks with you you have to suck it up and ignore it because you have no idea what the persons story is, if they are in a gang or on drugs. Even if you beat the shit out of them they will likely be back the next day with fifteen buddies. Never walk around with a friend or even two in your neighborhood, usually they don't know how to act and you will be targeted. You also need eagle eyes if you are walking around to keep watch for roaming gangs of 'teens'. If anyone attacks you, you have to fight back and beat the ever living shit out of them, and expect that they will have a knife and don't let them know who you are or where you live, if you run into them again you will be fighting again. It's like living in a war zone. I grew up in a place like that, it was super depressing. Around blacks never relax.

They're like animals, you can't treat them like normal people or they literally "chimp out". If you saw a black person being rude IRL and told them to calm down, they would likely freak the fuck out. If you did it to a white person they might actually take your advice and walk away. It's almost like you have to walk on eggshells around them or get into a confrontation and then next thing you know police have showed up and you're going to jail because we have the highest prison population on the planet here in the land of the free. Criminal behavior aside they have no concept of community maintenance or aesthetics. Areas they occupy turn into run down dumps. For example, you could walk into Walmart and in a poor white community, everything might look fairly normal. If you walk into one of these black Walmarts, you'll see half the shelves stocked and every piece of clothing from the racks ripped off and thrown on the ground. This is just one example. Everything they touch turns ugly, stops being maintained, and looks like a junkyard covered with litter.

I work in a black majority small city in a majority black work-place with a lot of ghetto rats. Here are my experiences I gather:

-ghetto blacks are VERY loud and they're completely oblivious to it. they will literally blast music in their cars or on their radio at my work--where having it play low-volume is tolerated--but they aren't socially conscious of there being a severity of how loud is too loud to be socially acceptable until someone confronts them on it. this applies with them talking on the phone or thinking it's appropriate to blast music on it in a public place when they don't have head-phones.
-most blacks in black areas don't willingly obey by the formal conventions of time unless it's strictly enforced by some authority figure. Unless you break their balls, a lot of them will take being 1 or 2 minutes late for an event being tolerated by you as a pass to be 10-15 mins late daily the next week, then a few hours late.
-like 30% of them are literal, actual retards that it's hard to hold it personally against them when they fuck up. It seems like the darker they are, the more prone they are to being retarded, from my experiences.
-a lot of them own a lot of shoes

Currently living in a small country suburb just outside a rapidly growing city.

My current neighborhood (first house) has a sizable black (and hispanic) population, but the houses are mostly new construction, so it attracts middle class families who don't want to spend a fortune on small overpriced lots/homes near the city.

Good and friendly people, albeit occasionally a little loud music during weekend afternoons. A petty criminal incident every few months.

No real complaints to tell the truth, aside from the amount of cars on the road since people tend to use half their garages as storage.

Sophomore year lived on a fairly cracked out block, my house were the only students / only non-black people (we were all white). Quickly found out everyone else on the block paid about a third the rent as us.
The most amazing thing was the community. Even though everyone was shitfaced, the whole block we’re all friends. Everyone would be outside with eachother all day, old ones drinking 40s, young ones smoking blunts, the kids all playing games and shit. Really great environment in certain ways. Much more friendly than my home suburb.
House across the street was like the main trap house of the block and they gave us a bag of weed as a housewarming gift on our first night though they sold more crack. Th4y would hide the stashes in this lot where a house had been torn down because cops came around VERY frequently to check on everything and sometimes would search hiouses. One time we saw the SWAT team break in there in full gear pretty nuts. That main guy from that house was arrested idk how many times since I lived there but he’d always be back in a week.
I liked living there. There’s a lot of friendly people walking around pretty much all the time. If you act right you’ll be ok. Don’t act like you’re freaked out just to BE in this place that all these other people literally live every day. You can buy weed from almost anyone or their friend, you can get blunt wraps / drinks and snacks on every corner. If I lived there I’d be focused on getting out, but not a bad place to spend a year.
