Why are American police the most violent of any First World nation?

Because when a Cop here tries to taze a guy to take him out nonlethally, and the guy IGNORES the taze because of all the drugs he is on, the Cop tends to panic, to give an example.

And when an American Cop panics, they start shooting. And they are trained to shoot center mass.
