Problem with this info is of cource that it could simply be propaganda. It seems written in a very outragous way, inciting emotion. However the eye witnesses are very interesting. Wish there were some polish/english/french documents though.

Just realised all the eye witnesses is after 1 september. (germany invaded 1 september) however there is no question there was masacres after the war started, but if there were none before then the war can not have started because of this.

If you consider how poland desired danzig and all the territory around it to be polish. it makes sense to remove the germans from the land, one way or another.
