It's not nice guys who finish last, it's weak guys.
"Hurr women like dumb jerks" is an excuse of the weak. Sure, a lot of thots like dumb guys but who cares about them? Quality women are attracted to guys who are nice, but also assertive and masculine in a genuine way, not forced and exaggerated.

Nice guys are boring to be around. They don't take risks, don't pull people out of their own comfort zone, and can be called less masculine overall. Even they are aware of this, hence why they think money and excessive adoration can solve their relationship woes, but they will always interpret it as their "nice" behavior being the scorn of the opposite sex.

It´s absolutely basic evolutionary stable strategy instincts. Read The Selfish Gene. Ponder what life has been like for the vast VAST majority of human history. Then realize this is so logical it actually hurts. What hurts? Also the poster who said weak is correct, the concept is just extremely broad and complex compared to what you assume. For example, do you ever complain about something or talk about things that might be dangerous / future dangers? This is WEAK to a woman.
