Influential leftists and mainstream media have been normalizing prejudice and hostility towards people by using identity politics for at least the past eight years. Some obvious examples being against white people, white males, ‘deplorables,’ ‘islamophobes,’ straight people, police officers, the list goes on…
After all this normalization of prejudice, leftists in the media are panicking because the groups which they hate appear to be banding together. We now have ordinary people aligning with white nationalism or other ‘extremist’ schools of thought, as a direct result of leftist hostility/extremism. Prejudice is perfectly fine now thanks to ‘social justice,’ so why shouldn’t any normal person be prejudiced against those who obviously hate him?
They cannot, or are not willing, to process the fact that illegal immigrants does not equal all people of a certain color. Or that ‘moderate’ Muslims from the west are not the same as Arab Muslims from the middle east who will impose sharia law as soon as they are able.

Not a fucking thing would've changed if Clinton won. She'd still be on a "victory lap" of nothing going and the left would be happier than hell.
Eventually, 3 years in she steals your shoes just to beat you with them and still couldn't be happier.
The left can't handle that Trump is actually trying to do what he said he would do.

They're not prejudiced against white people, they're prejudiced against morons who have no judgement of character or ability. I think the liberal conservative divide is really just the intelligent, and unintelligent divide. It's really that simple. That's why there's so much resentment. Stupid people are too stupid to understand how stupid they are so they end up thinking smart people are stupid and they're the intelligent ones. But the truth is, liberals are just more intelligent.
