Outside of any city is good, avoid city centers, the most crucial time is not kid age but teen. Around age 13-17 you're going to have to be extra careful. This is the time that determines the rest of their life.

Avoid letting them go hang out all day, I remember from when I was a kid I would bullshit my parents and then go drink or something with friends and fuck random sluts. I knew what to watch for because I live a degenerate teen life style. However it's different for men and women, men can usally recover but women's brains get all fuck up if they're exposed to this sort of stuff.

Sign them up to church activities, I had them go to fun church camp and other activates that they couldn't possibly get into anything bad.

Once you get your daughter to 18 without losing her to degeracey she is good for life. Be involved in her life the entire time, don't brush her away. I did things like star watching with my daughter and took them all kinds of places and was activily involved in their lives.
